After entering the industry over 7 years ago, I put a lot of education under my heels to ensure that my clients would always look their absolute best. If you aren't feeling "fabulous" then maybe we haven't met. Please take a moment to get to know me a little better!
It all started in Scottsdale, AZ, where after graduating from Cosmetology School in Grand Rapids, MI,I trained for a year honing my haircutting skills with Vidal Sassoon technique, and Swartskoph Colour theory.
After returning home from Arizona I started at Echo Salon, there I studied under the infamous Michael Deem. It was there my career and artistry blossomed into a career I could have never imagined to be so amazing!
It was at Echo that I learned the importance of solid haircutting and the impact that proper texturizing can have; However, my true love is colour! Creative custom colour, colour corrections, and nearly anything else colour. With the right specialized colour technique and bit of creative colour mixing, a good haircut can become a GREAT haircut and a stunning over all look .
In 2005, I became a Certified Pureologist, but have since expanded my foundation to include Aquage, TiGi, and Sebastian to name just a few. Although there are so many great products out there, I'm most excited to be working with one of my favorites: L'Oreal Professional.
I am also a Single-Strand Extension Specialist, and have worn extensions on and off for nearly 5 years. I love them and believethat any style could be complimented with any form of hair extensions. The Single-Strand method is great for anyone wanting length,fullness OR both.
